My name is Tina and I live in Playa Blanca. I give individual attention to this holiday villa. I greet guests personally,and I can also give additional local information if required.
This villa rental in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, is a spacious one bedroomed bungalow which sleeps a maximum of 4.
It boasts a light & airy living room with a refurbished kitchen area and at the rear, a private open room with a pair of sunbeds. There is also a covered terrace at the front with views of the pool area.
Occupancy is maximised with a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, and there is a crib and cot available for hire, if required.
Bedroom
This twin bedroom has a contempory Spanish feel with comfortable twin beds which can be pushed together to make a king size bed. The decor is a fusion of whites and blues mixed with heavy Spanish furniture made specifically for this villa. Tranquillity reigns in this elegant room with its stylish contemporary finish.
Bathroom
This room has been completely renewed with style and taste. Comprises a walk-in Canarian shower, Rocca washbasin and W.C.,plus crystal accessories personally chosen by myself. This bathroom is a pleasure to use. Pictures to follow shortly.
Living Area
This airy room has been beautifully furnished with a new comfortable double sofa bed, heavy spanish wooden occasional furniture, paintings and cable TV with CD/DVD player. A small DVD library is provided for your use. This is the perfect place to relax and chill out. The terrace offers views of the delightful gardens and pool area. It is a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the sunset.
Kitchen & Dining Area
The kitchen area has been thoughtfully renewed with marble worktop, halogen hob, under counter refridgerator and built-in microwave/grill.
Also provided for your use is kettle & toaster, filter coffee maker, saucepans, bowls, assorted cooking utensils and much more...
The heavy Spanish dining table seats four and is ideal for family meals. The terrace is also a perfect place for 4 to dine al fresco.
Open Room
Our private open room at the rear of the villa is the perfect place to get away from everything. Split with sun & shade and furnished with a pair of sun beds, it is perfect for a spot of sunbathing or enjoying some night time drinks with friends.
Laundry
There is a laundry room in the grounds of Atlantic Gardens, a small fee is payable at the 24 hour reception desk to obtain the key. We have provided a multiple retractable line in the open room so that your clothes and towels may be dried in the sunshine. An iron & table top ironing board is also provided for your use.
Swimming Pool Area
In this peaceful area, you have three pools to choose from, all immaculately clean and sparkling blue. The two largest pools are edged by a tranquil waterfall effect. One pool is heated for your comfort. There are ample sunbeds and sunshades for your use, and a cafe bar is close by, for your convenience.
Front Terrace
Partially covered to give a little shade, furnished with table and four chairs. A perfect spot for breakfast or drinks. This terrace has a newly built slope to it, for easy access.
